Every cup of tea will provide you with 5% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve an even higher absorption.
Ingredient: Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita).
Flavour: Relax with every sip.
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes for desired strength. Serve without milk, hot or chilled, with honey or lemon to taste.
